Project Botanicals is an annual event hosted by Bombay Sapphire across Melbourne and Sydney.

This cocktail and dining experience aims to take attendees on a sensory journey of flavours, scents, sounds and visuals, inspired by the ten botanicals found in each bottle of Bombay Sapphire vapour infused gin.
